Shark nets

Hello and welcome back to another post! First off, let's talk about what shark nets are. Shark nets are big nets far out to the ocean to keep sharks and other dangerous sea creatures from attacking boats and swimmers.

Shark nets are only found on beaches in Queensland, New South Wales and KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. In NSW, they are putting them out for the 86th year in a row. About 3,596 animals are caught in the nets. They entangle a vast array of marine life including turtles, whales, dolphins and even sharks themselves. Of course, we don't want sharks to hurt any of us, but the whole reason that is happening is because we cause them stress with our big boats and swimmers straying into their territory.

I can assure you that sharks are beautiful creatures and there does not need to be a net to stop them from coming close to the shore. The only people that can stop that without any cruelty is US! How? let's start by not bringing boats into sharks territories.

We must take action and stop any more sea creatures from getting hurt!

Thank you and stay green!☘
